TV Setup & Activation Guide
Step-by-step instructions to activate and setup your TV using the code displayed on your screen

Find Your Activation Code
Power on your TV and look for the activation code displayed on your screen. This code is typically shown in a white box in the corner of your screen or on a dedicated setup screen. The code consists of alphanumeric characters (letters and numbers).
Tip: The code is usually 6-8 characters long. Take a photo of your code if needed for reference.
Use Your Remote Control
Grab your TV remote control and get ready to enter your code. Your remote control is the primary tool for navigating your TV's setup menu. Make sure your remote has fresh batteries before starting.
Tip: If your remote is unresponsive, replace the batteries and ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and TV sensor.
Enter Your Code
Using your remote, navigate to the input field on your TV screen and carefully enter the activation code you found in Step 1. Double-check each character to ensure accuracy. Upper and lower case letters may matter depending on your TV model.

- Verify the code matches exactly before submitting
- Press "OK", "Submit", or "Activate" on your remote
Important: Codes are case-sensitive on most TVs. If activation fails, recheck that you've entered uppercase and lowercase letters correctly.
Confirm Activation
Once you've submitted your code, your TV will process the activation. You should see a confirmation message on your screen indicating successful activation. Your TV is now ready to use!

Troubleshooting
Code Not Visible on Screen
If you don't see a code on your TV screen, try the following:
- Power off and power on your TV again
- Check if your TV is in setup mode or initial activation screen
- Navigate through the menu to find the activation option
- Consult your TV's manual or contact manufacturer support
Invalid Code Error
If you receive an "invalid code" error, verify the following:
- You've entered the correct code shown on your TV screen
- Check for uppercase and lowercase letters
- Ensure there are no extra spaces before or after the code
- Try re-entering the code slowly and carefully
Remote Control Not Working
If your remote control is unresponsive:
- Replace the batteries with fresh ones
- Make sure there's a clear line of sight to the TV
- Check if the TV's remote receiver is clean and unobstructed
- Try using the TV's physical buttons (if available) instead
